This was Jim's Birthday gift. Digestives with carmel and dark chocolate. It may not seem much, but |I could write a whole blog on how delicious Digestives in their many forms are. We save this particularly rich one for very special occasions. Digestives are a lovely sort of soft graham cracker which is best covered with variations of chocolate.
I asked a missionary passing by to take this picture. A rather different angle.... Don't look too long or you could cramp your neck. I am hemming temple pants for one of the missionaries before we go to the temple tomorrow. We do all we can to prepare them......
