St. Patrick's Day

We celebrate any and all holidays here at the MTC, especially if they are British-based.
This was out St. Patrick's Day dinner: Irish Stew, Cabbage with bacon, Irish Soda Bread with or without raisins, dates and currents and a green cream parfait.
We always have fruits and a salad bar. We are very spoiled as the food is excellent and home-made.






Luca is our Italian Chef via Scotland and now England. Pam helps in the kitchen every day.
I dream about Luca's homemade chocolate croissants....
